Responsibilities
 - Planning the organization structure and HR management system
 - Designing the suitable HR management model, including recruitment, performance
    evaluation, train, remuneration and employee development
 - Developing efficient and effective HR management team

Requirements
- Master degree or above
- Major in business administration, HR, psychology, accounting, finance or relevant
- 10+ years HR working experience, 5+ year Chief HR Director experience in large groups
