For optimum performance, these additives should be added to the abrasive before adding pigments.
These additives deflocculate pigments through steric hindrance because of the small particle sizes of the deflocculated pigments, High gloss is achieved and color strength is improved.
Additionally, transparency and hiding power are increased. These products can also reduce viscosity. Then flow leveling is improved, thus increasing the pigment content.

IR-211 | IR-211 is mainly used in high solid and solvent-free painting systems. Because of its anionic character, it is ideal for acid-catalyzed systems (such as coil coatings). IR-211 can increases gloss, reduces haziness (especially in high rotation “mini bell“and/or other electrostatic operation systems). |
Packed in iron drums of 25 or 200kg net each. The validity period is 12 months in sealed containers. Or according to the customers’ requirements.
IR-211 | Heat up to 30-40℃ and mix well before use. The product should be stored in an airtight container, and cannot be stored after predilution |
